We are pleased to offer our customers alternative ways of ordering our products.

Ordering

To place items into your shopping cart, you must be viewing one of the FULL SIZE PAGES. Once you are viewing the full-size catalog pages, you may click your mouse cursor on any product number and you will receive an ‘add to cart’ window. Once you click on the ‘add to cart button’, the item is then instantly checked for inventory status and if the product is available ready to ship, it is added to your virtual shopping cart. Some items are not available for purchase through the internet because of their hazardous or serialized status. When you wish to conclude your purchases, proceed to the ‘check out’, and supply the information requested in a step by step process, utilizing the series of user-friendly tabs that appear sequentially. Please note that items can only be shipped within the United States and its territories. Once you complete the checkout process you will then be asked to confirm your order which in turn, will be sent automatically. Follow up emails will then be sent to you confirming that the order has been received, as well as another email informing you when your purchase has been shipped. Please also note that shipments will only be made to the same billing address as the credit card used to make the purchase. Returns

All items must have prior authorization for return. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Should any packaging be received damaged, please report to the carrier immediately upon receipt. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email. Refunds for returned items will be credited back to the credit card that was used for purchase.

Should items be returned due to customer convenience or ordering error, items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
